Nancy Moore is an entrepreneur, podcaster, and community builder who is passionate about helping women connect, grow, and create businesses and lives they truly love. She believes that women thrive in community, and her mission is to bring like-minded women together to discover their passions, step into their purpose, and pursue meaningful, fulfilling work.

She is the host of the Sharing Passion and Purpose Podcast and the creator of Conversations with Passion and Purpose—a series of live podcast and networking events designed to cultivate authentic connection and spark transformative conversations among women.

With an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University and an MBA from The University of Tulsa, Nancy blends real-world business experience with a heart for community and collaboration. Prior to launching her podcast, she worked in the staffing industry where she coached individuals through career transitions, helping them align their strengths and passions with purposeful work. Networking, fostering connection, and empowering others are her superpowers.

Nancy also serves as a long-time business faculty member at Tulsa Community College, where she has spent more than 22 years teaching business and accounting. In addition, she is a contributing writer for Tulsa Kids Magazine, where she continues to share stories that inspire, inform, and uplift.

At her core, Nancy is a connector who believes women are stronger together—and she is committed to creating spaces where women feel seen, supported, and equipped to grow in passion, purpose, and possibility.
