Elisabeth (Betty) Scovil is the founder and principal consultant of SuperYou and co-founder 

of Li360, where she partners with organizations to develop leaders, strengthen teams, and 

build healthier workplace cultures. Through executive coaching, leadership development, 

and organizational consulting, Betty partners with leaders to increase their influence, 

navigate change, and create environments where both people and performance thrive.

Drawing on organizational psychology, executive coaching, and adult learning principles, 

Betty is known for translating complex leadership concepts into practical tools that 

leaders can immediately apply. Her engaging, relatable style has allowed her to work with 

leaders across a wide range of industries, helping organizations improve leadership 

effectiveness, employee engagement, collaboration, and retention.

Originally from Germany, Betty has a background in Business Administration, 

Organizational Design, and Human Resources from Munich University of Applied Sciences. 

She is an accredited instructional designer through the American Management Association 

(AMA), an ICF-certified Executive and Leadership Coach through the Center for Executive 

Coaching (CEC), and is certified in a variety of leadership and assessment tools.

Whether she's facilitating executive retreats, coaching leaders one-on-one, or speaking to 

organizations, Betty's passion is helping people lead with greater clarity, confidence, and 

purpose. She believes that great leadership begins with self-awareness, is strengthened 

through meaningful relationships, and grows through a lifelong commitment to learning 

and development.
