Rep. John Waldron will be Guest Speaker at Washington County Democratic Party's May Meeting this Thursday, May 29, at 7:00 PM at Crossing 2nd in Bartlesville.

Rep. Waldron, a former teacher at Booker T. Washington, represents HD

77 and is the Minority Caucus Vice Chair of the state house. He is currently running for Chair of the Oklahoma Democratic Party. His running mate is Erin Brewer, who led a grassroots group of Oklahoma parents in successfully challenging the attempt to open the nation's first taxpayer-funded religious charter school -- the 4-4 US Supreme Court decision was handed down last week.
