Woolaroc will once again host the Spring Trader's Encampment on Friday and Saturday at the Mountain Man Camp at Woolaroc. Nestled near the shore of Crystal Lake, this camp is one of the most beautiful of its kind and the perfect setting for a weekend of this historical retreat.

Hosted by dedicated Mountain Men, the camp has quickly become a favorite for traders and re-enactors from across the country. The camp will be historically accurate, recreating what a settlement of this type would have looked like in the 1840s.

The Trader's Encampment is open to the public, and guests are encouraged to park and walk through the camp. No additional admission is required; regular admission at the gate includes entrance to the event. Many campers will set up tents or tipis and have period crafts for the public to view and purchase.
