The Gymnastics Club (the Club) is currently accepting interest submissions to join the Board of Directors (the Board). Board members do NOT need to have a child enrolled in the Gymnastics Center.

The Board serves as a governing body to ensure the Gymnastics Club (The Club) runs safely, ethically, and ensures the longevity of the Club. This is a volunteer role as well.

The Board consists of the following members:

• President
• Vice President
• Secretary
• Treasurer
• Members at Large (voting members of the board that have specialized skills and/or tasks such as fundraising, publicity, grant writing, leadership, facilities management, IT, wellness services, law services, human resources, financial services, and more.
• Executive Director of Club and staff (non-voting members)

The Board positions each have a term limit of two (2) years and may serve for two consecutive terms.

The Board meets the third (3rd) Wednesday of every month from 11:30 to 1:00 pm at the Club. If necessary, special meetings may be held to discuss issues that arise prior to the next meeting. Board members are required to attend meetings either in person or via teleconference.
